The Natural and Juridical Persons in Law
Every law provides for a set of just rules that govern the conduct of persons promulgated by competent authority for the observance of everyone. The law sets the guidelines for individuals to interact and relate with each other. It also provides for the modes of dealing with the state by stipulating the rights of the individual, the responsibilities of the agencies of the government, and the process that should be observed in the course of the state or individual interacting with each other.
