Criminal law
Criminal law is generally based on common law and statute law. Those two laws are under the condition of country law. Country law is a foundation of British law and terrorism. Criminal law deals crime and legal punishment. Civil law is one of the parts of law. It's totally different from criminal law. There are four types of criminal results. They are punishment, deterrence, incapacitation and rehabilitation. Criminal law is supposed to gave their striking results according to their crime
